By default, Vendors—including Warrior Addict Ltd when acting as a Vendor—are responsible for shipping products directly to customers. If a Vendor opts into our shipping agreement, Warrior Addict Ltd will manage the shipping process via one of our approved couriers, including DHL Express, Evri, and Royal Mail.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. If delivery fails due to inaccurate or incomplete information, the item may be returned and the customer refunded minus any shipping costs incurred.
A tracking link and dispatch notification will be provided via email upon shipment. Warrior Addict Ltd is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit by third-party couriers.

Delivery/Shipment Timelines
The estimated shipping date provided on the product page reflects the most recent date given to us by our manufacturer. While we will make every effort to notify customers of any changes to these estimated arrival dates as soon as possible, we cannot be held liable for any delays outside of our control.
If the preorder item is not delivered within the agreed time frame, you /our customers have the right to cancel the order. Upon cancellation, you/our customers are entitled to a full refund of any payments made, including deposits & any shipping paid. We will process this refund within 14 days of receiving the cancellation or refund request.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that affect the estimated shipping dates, you/ our customers will be notified by email. You can also track your shipment status directly through your account on our website. We are committed to keeping our customers informed throughout the entire process for transparency and trust.
Mixed Carts
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we will utilize Shopify's Split Shipping in Checkout feature, and Shopify will allow you to choose and pay for different shipping methods for your in-stock items and pre-order items separately. If you wish to wait for all your items to ship together, please email us at support@warrioraddict.com and we will hold the fulfilment until your preorder items are ready to be shipped.
Shopify Pre-order Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Preorder payments will be handled as follows: You/ Our Customers can choose to pay the full price or the full price minus a 10% discount for early bird purchase. You will receive the payment receipt via the email you used for your purchase order.
Cancellation Policy
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers may cancel their preorders at any time before the item is shipped by logging in through their account on our website or by notifying us via email support@warrioraddict.com
Once the item has shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
Preorder Refunds:
For preorders, if a cancellation is made before shipping, you/ our customers will receive a full refund of their payment, including any deposits made and shipping paid. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after the cancellation request.
If the preorder item is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you/ our customers have the right to cancel the order. Upon cancellation, you/ our customers are entitled to a full refund of any payments made, including deposits. Preorder Returns:
All pre-order items are eligible for return under our standard return policy once received. You/Our Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
We will provide free return labels for any of our UK customers shipping within the UK , any returns to be sent outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer ad per our usual Terms & Conditions unless the item is faulty or not as described in which case we must be notified within 6 months from the date of delivery.

By participating in the Warrior Addict Monthly Competition (the "Competition"), you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

In order to be in with a chance of winning Warrior Addict's Monthly Giveaway prize, entrants must be subscribed to Warrior Addict's E-Newsletter.
What You Can Win:
Warrior Addict will select an item from their online shop every month. This prize may vary in value but will be somewhere between £20.00 and £100.00.
