We are a small, female-founded business that has our own line of yoga wear as well as selling beautifully curated yoga & wellness from small, independent UK brands that are aligned with our same values.

Shipping & Returns

Please note that we have a 28 day returns policy starting from the day that you received the item(s) - please make sure that you inform us of your return within our 14-day cut-off period so that the item or items are returned to the vendor in time.

We have kept our returns process super simple, no need to stress about creating an account etc, please just email us: with your order reference number, the item(s) that you would like to return & reason for the return and we will either send you the FREE RETURNS LABEL (UK only) or email you the address where you are to ship it back to.

Please not that if you are NOT using our Free Returns Label service because you have chosen not to or are not eligible, then we strongly recommend that you ship your items back to the vendor using a reputable and tracked courier
company because you are responsible for the items until they are successfully returned.

Please note that it’s at the vendors discretion – not ours, as to whether
you are eligible for a full refund. As a rule of thumb, refunds will only be
made if the product/item is sent back in a brand-new condition, untampered with and with all the tags, seals, and labels fully intact. 

What If I Received the Wrong Item?

If the vendor/ seller is at fault and you have received the wrong item, then please email and we will help to sort this out. 

What If My Item Is Faulty?

We have a 6-month faulty item policy whereby if your item is deemed to be faulty then we will see if we can get it repaired for you and if that is not possible then will offer you a full refund.

Do You Refund the Shipping Costs?

In general, we do not refund your shipping costs, only if the vendor has sent you the wrong item in error, or the item is deemed as being faulty within the 6-month cut- off period. 


Our brands/vendors will send your items directly to you via our DHL Express account or similar. A dispatch notification will be sent to your email address so that you can track your items delivery status.


For our UK customers, we offer fixed rate and capped shipping at £5.00 per brand/vendor.

So, let’s say that you bought three products from our website, 2 of those products are from one brand/vendor and 1 of those products is from a second
brand/vendor - you would pay £10.00 in shipping. Simple.

Your orders will be sent to you with DHL express delivery or similar and
will be fully trackable.


For our International Customers, we offer real time shipping rates with DHL, this means that you will be charged shipping costs based on weight and shipping
destination according to DHL's rates.

If you need to find out the shipping costs, the best thing to do would be to add the items to your basket/cart, go to check out and your shipping costs will be calculated for you, before payment.

Your orders will be sent to you with DHL express delivery or similar and
will be fully trackable.

All our International Shipments will be sent DDU – Duties and Taxes Unpaid,so you may have to pay Taxes & Duties upon receipt of the goods.

P.S. It may seem like you are paying a lot in shipping and duties but rememberthat you won’t be paying VAT, like our UK customers, so you will be saving 20% on the price straight away and it will be sent with DHL or similar so it will
be fast, trackable, and reliable.  


Once your items have been shipped, for UK orders it will be next day delivery and for international orders it can take anywhere between 5 and 10 working days.

However, please bear in mind that a lot of our brands are small, independent brands that are often run solely by the founder themselves, so understandably
it may take them a couple of days to process the order, in which case you may have to wait a few days longer, but we are sure that the wait will be worth it.

We would love to be able to do this but because some of our brands do not offer this as a service, unfortunately, we can’t offer exchanges so you will need to return the item(s) to the vendor, wait to be re-imbursed and re-order them in a different size/ colour etc.


We ship worldwide using DHL express delivery or similar.

We do not ship to the following countries:

Russian Federation (due to
conflict in the region)

We also can not ship to any PO boxes.

Taxes and Duties: Orders placed
with Warrior Addict from a UK Brand/Vendor and shipped to an address outside the UK such as the EU, North America and ROW will be charged with DDU - Duties and Imports Unpaid, this means that you may have to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of the goods.


We use Shopify Pay and PayPal Express as our main payment gateways. Both Shopify Pay and PayPal Express  are a modern and secure online payment gateway trusted by millions of online shoppers and retailers. Your payment details are protected all of the time, and your card details never touch our servers or the servers of our vendors, PayPal and
Shopify Pay accepts payments from 135+countries.PayPal and Shopify Pay supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard®, American Express,
Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Enrooted.

We also offer payment services in partnership with Klarna, a third-party payment provider. Klarna is not a traditional loan provider but offers various payment and financing options, including "Pay Later" and "Financing." When you choose Klarna as a payment method, you may have the option to defer payments or finance your purchases, subject to Klarna's
terms and conditions.


For each of our clothing products we have included a general size guide in both Centimetres and Inches for our UK, US, EU & Overseas customers.

As a rule of thumb EU and UK sizes tend to be smaller than US sizes so if you are a US shopper then we recommend that you buy a size up.
