Returns
We offer a 28-day returns window, starting from the day you receive your item(s).
To be eligible, you must notify us of your return within 14 days of delivery. This allows enough time for the item(s) to be returned to the vendor within the required period.

Important: If you’re not using our free returns label—either by choice or because you're ineligible—we strongly recommend using a tracked, reputable courier. You are responsible for the item(s) until they are received and accepted by the vendor.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued at the vendor’s and at our discretion.
For non–Warrior Addict branded products, the vendor will determine refund eligibility.
For Warrior Addict branded items, refund approval will be at our discretion.
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
In brand-new, unused condition, Untampered with. Have all original tags, seals, and packaging fully intact
We have a 6-month faulty item policy whereby if your item is deemed to be faulty then we will see if we can get it repaired for you and if that is not possible then will offer you a full refund.

We'll help resolve the issue quickly and hassle-free. Once we've received the returned item(s), we will either:

UK Shipping Costs
For our UK customers, we offer a weighted rate that starts off at £3.50.
International Shipping Costs

For our International Customers, we offer weighted shipping rates with a reputable shipping company such as Royal Mail International, Evri International or DHL this means that you will be charged shipping costs based on weight and shipping destination.
If you need to find out the shipping costs, the best thing to do would be for you to add the items to your basket/cart, go to check out and your shipping costs will be calculated for you, before payment.
All of our International Shipments will be sent DDU – Duties and Taxes Unpaid, so you may be eligible for Taxe's & Duties upon receipt of your goods,
We, along with our brands and vendors, will ship your items directly to you using Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, or another reliable courier service. You will receive a dispatch notification by email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.
Once your items have been shipped (this may take a couple of days), UK orders will arrive within 48 hours, while international deliveries typically take between 5 and 12 working days.
In general, we do not refund your shipping costs, only if the vendor has sent you the wrong item in error, or the item is deemed as being faulty within the 6-month cut- off period.
We ship worldwide using DHL express delivery or similar.

We also can not ship to any PO boxes.
Taxes and Duties: Orders placed
with Warrior Addict from a UK Brand/Vendor and shipped to an address outside the UK such as the EU, North America and ROW will be charged with DDU - Duties and Imports Unpaid, this means that you may have to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of the goods.
Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. You’ll need to return the item(s) to the vendor or to us directly for a refund, then place a new order in your preferred size, colour, or style.
Payments
We use Shopify Pay and PayPal Express as our main payment gateways. Both Shopify Pay and PayPal Express are a modern and secure online payment gateway trusted by millions of online shoppers and retailers. Your payment details are protected all of the time, and your card details never touch our servers or the servers of our vendors, PayPal and Shopify Pay accepts payments from 135+countries.PayPal and Shopify Pay supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard®, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Enrooted.
We also offer payment services in partnership with Klarna, a third-party payment provider. Klarna is not a traditional loan provider but offers various payment and financing options, including "Pay Later" and "Financing." When you choose Klarna as a payment method, you may have the option to defer payments or finance your purchases, subject to Klarna's terms and conditions.
Sizing
Each of our clothing products includes a general size guide in both centimetres and inches, tailored for UK, US, EU, and international customers. As a general rule, UK and EU sizes tend to run smaller than US sizes, so if you're shopping from the US, we recommend ordering one size up.
