Terms and Conditions for the Warrior Addict Spring Giveaway

1. Promoter Details

   • This competition is organized by Warrior Addict Ltd It is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Meta or Instagram.

2. Competition Name

   • The competition is titled "Warrior Addict Spring Giveaway 

3. Eligibility

   • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
   • Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

4. How to Enter

   • To enter, participants must:
     a) Follow @warrioraddict on instagram
     b) Tag at least 2 people in the comments below the post 
   • Participants may enter multiple times by submitting additional tags

5. Competition Period

   • The competition begins on Friday 7th March 2024, at 11:00 AM GMT and ends on Friday 14th March 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.
   • Entries submitted outside of this time frame will not be considered.

6. Prize Details

   • The total prize value is £99,comprising:
     • 1 x Warrior Addict Cork Mat
     • 2 x Warrior Addict Cork Blocks
     • 1 x Warrior Addict Yoga Strap
       
   • The organizers reserve the right to substitute any prize item with another of similar value in case of unavailability.

7. Winner Selection

   • The winner will be selected randomly using a comment picker tool by us.
   • The winner will be announced on our Instagram accounts before midday on Saturday 15th Marcg 2025. 

8. Notification and Claiming the Prize

   • The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from  @warrioraddict  please do not disclose any personal information to anyone other than @warrioraddict note that we have the blue tick.
   • The winner must respond within five (5) working days with their full name, address, email, and telephone number for shipping purposes.
   • Failure to respond within the given timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.

9. Shipping

   • Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within the UK.
   • The organizers will aim to dispatch the prize within 14 working days after receiving the winner’s details.
   • If the prize is not shipped within this timeframe, the competition will be deemed null and void, and the winner will not be entitled to any compensation or indemnity.

10. Restrictions

• The prize cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• The winner is not permitted to resell the prize items for a period of three (3) years from the competition’s end date.

11. Personal Data and Privacy

• The winner agrees to have their full name announced on Warrior Addict’s and Wellicious’ social media platforms.
• Personal details (name, address, email, phone number) should only be shared with official accounts: @warrioraddict on Instagram.
• The organizers are not responsible for any scams or fraudulent accounts impersonating them.

12. General Terms

• The organizers reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of the organizers as final.

13. Liability

• Warrior Addict is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any issues beyond their reasonable control.
• The competition is subject to UK law, and disputes will be resolved in the UK courts.
