  1. "Merchant" or "us", "we", or "our" refers to Warrior Addict Ltd or the operator of the Marketplace www.warrioraddict.com.
  2. "Seller" refers to any individual or business that lists and sells products on the Marketplace.

Please be aware that the Sellers are contractually obligated to us to use your personal information only to fulfill your order and address any queries related to your purchase. They are not permitted to disclose your personal information to any third parties or use it for any other purposes, such as e-marketing. If a Seller violates these terms, we have the right to terminate our contract with them. However, we cannot be held legally liable for any misuse of your data by the Seller.


We will also use this information should you decide to create a Warrior Addict User Account. The Warrior Addict User Account will store this personal information to enable a faster check out and to keep a record of your purchase history.

This personal information is also passed on to our 3rd party payment providers and credit reference agencies who will use this data to verify your identity and delivery address, confirm the validity of your payment card, obtain payment authorizations, determine eligibility for instalment payments and assess fraud, credit and security risks.

We will utilize some of your personal information, as well as tracking and cookie data, when you have demonstrated an interest in our products. The purpose of this is to provide you with recommendations. Marketing emails will be sent to you only if you have consented to receive them and you can opt out of these at any time using the opt out or unsubscrie button found at the end of all e-marketing correspondences.  Occasionally, we may send you marketing emails without your explicit consent by using Facebook Custom Audience and Google's retargeting, as it is crucial for the success of our business. If you do not want your personal data to be processed in this manner, you may contact us at suppprt@warrioraddict.com or use the unsubscribe link provided in any marketing email from us.

Please note that we use Klavyio and Optimonk, a 3rd party service provider to facilitate our electronic communications with your and some of your personal information such as email address and name will be shared with them.

Even if you have opted out of email marketing, it is still possible for you to be exposed to targeted advertisements on social media and on your web browser.

If you no longer wish to see these ads, please reach out to the relevant social media platform to learn how you can opt out of them.

We may also ask you if you would like to receive updates from us on your browser - this is done through push notifications and will be facilitated by a 3rd party provider. Should you no longer wish to receive these notifications then please email us at support@warrioraddict.com

Some of your personal information will be made accessible to our 3rd party market-place facilitator OnPort this software is used in order to ensure a smooth transition of sale between you the Buyer and the Seller. It will not be possible to conclude a sale without the indirect use of OnPort so if you do not want to share this personal information with OnPort please do not enter any details or conclude a sale on our website.

As a Seller who is working with us or considering doing so, we will request and store certain personal information from you, such as your name, email address, business name and address, Paypal (or similar) account details, and product information. If a Buyer requests this information, we may share only the relevant parts (business name, business telephone number, business address, and business email) with them, and it may be included in the order dispatch or summary notification. Additionally, we may use your Paypal (or similar) details to establish a Sellers account on that platform and set up a contract between you, the Seller, and us, the Merchant. We may also share this information with professional advisors, accountants, lawyers, and regulatory bodies.
