We offer a 28-day returns policy, starting from the day you receive your item(s). Please ensure you notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt, so that the item(s) are returned to Warrior Addict or the vendor within the 28-day window.
We’ve made the returns process super simple—no need to create an account. Just email us at support@warrioraddict.com with your order reference number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll either send you a free returns label (available for UK, US, and Canada only) or provide the return address if you’re not eligible for the free label.
If you're not using our free returns label (either by choice or ineligibility), we strongly recommend using a reputable, tracked courier service. You are responsible for the item(s) until they are successfully returned.
Please note that if you purchased a non-Warrior Addict product, it is up to the vendor's discretion whether a refund will be issued. Generally, refunds are only processed if the item is returned in brand-new condition, untampered with, and with all tags, seals, and labels fully intact.
If you’ve received the wrong item due to an error on our part or the vendor’s, please email support@warrioraddict.com. We’ll resolve it by offering a free exchange or a full refund, including shipping costs—once the item is returned in new/unused condition.
We have a 6-month faulty item policy. If your item is deemed faulty by us, we’ll try to repair it first. If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll offer you a full refund.
In general, we do not refund shipping costs. However, if the wrong item was sent or the item is confirmed as faulty within the 6-month period, we will refund your shipping costs.
If you purchased a Warrior Addict-branded item, we may be able to offer an exchange, subject to stock availability. Please email support@warrioraddict.com to arrange this.
We currently do not offer exchanges for non-Warrior Addict branded products. In these cases, you'll need to return the item(s) to the vendor, wait for a refund, and then reorder the correct size, colour, etc.
