The unique piece of art is centered around Lao Tzu’s quote ‘A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step’ and is of peaceful warriors that serve to represent strength and solidarity amongst men. They show a figurative journey through mental health, from the beginning, starting with that very important first STEP, all the way towards the end and recovery.

• It is the latest in yoga mat technology, its top is made from ‘Micro-Fiber’ a suede like fabric that gets grippier as you sweat and gives you unparalleled movement. Its bottom is made from grippy 100% natural rubber.
