This yoga mat is one part of a triptych of STEP yoga mats that are centred around Lao Tzu’s quote ‘ A Journey Of A Thousand Miles Begins With A Single STEP’ - designed to raise awareness and money for men’s mental health Issues.
The yoga mats come together as a whole, but each has its own individual meaning. Buying the collection and having them in your home or at an event gives off a very powerful message.
We have produced only 75 of these STEP men’s yoga mats and £5.00 from the proceeds will go to C.A.L.M – the UK’s leading charity against male suicide.

The unique piece of art is centered around Lao Tzu’s quote ‘A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step’ and is of peaceful warriors that serve to represent strength and solidarity amongst men. They show a figurative journey through mental health, from the beginning, starting with that very important first STEP, all the way towards the end and recovery.
