The Warrior Cork Yoga Mat offers excellent natural grip that improves as your body warms up — ideal for Vinyasa, Power or Hot Yoga styles. The natural rubber underside keeps the mat securely anchored, while the 4.5 mm thickness adds joint protection without compromising balance and stability.
The cork yoga blocks offer firm, slip-resistant support to help improve alignment, deepen stretches and build confidence in balancing poses. Cork is naturally antimicrobial and comfortable to grip throughout practice.

What Are Your Shipping Times?
Once your items have been shipped, for UK orders, it will 48h delivery and for international orders it can take anywhere between 5 and 15 working days.
However, please bear in mind that a lot of our brands are small, independent brands that are often run solely by the founder themselves, so understandably it may take them a couple of days to process the order, in which case you may have to wait a few days longer but we are sure that the wait will be worth it. 😊

How to measure?
CHEST : Using a measuring tape, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Make sure the measuring tape is level across your back and around your chest.
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline. This is usually just above the belly button.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
INSEAM: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle.
NECK: Measure the circumference of your neck at the base.
SLEEVE: With your arm bent at a 90-degree angle, measure from the center of the back of your neck, along your shoulder, down your arm to your wrist.
