Warrior Addict Brand Ambassador Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement & Acknowledgment By applying and agreeing to be a Brand Ambassador for Warrior Addict Ltd via Shopify Collabs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility To qualify, you must:
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be a qualified Yoga, Pilates, or Fitness Instructor, OR have at least 1,000 followers on Instagram or TikTok within the health, wellness, or fitness space.
- Meet Warrior Addict’s brand alignment and suitability criteria (final selection is at our sole discretion).
3. Jurisdiction This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
4. Definitions

Warrior Addict Ltd (also referred to as "We," "Us," "Our Brand"): A UK-registered company trading as a yoga clothing and accessories brand. Registered address: 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. Company Registration No. 14123631.

Shopify Collabs: A platform that facilitates connections between businesses and content creators.

Brand Ambassador (also referred to as "You," "Partner," "Affiliate," "Collaborator"): A person authorized to promote Warrior Addict’s products, share content, and earn commissions through affiliate links.

Partnership: A non-legally binding relationship between Warrior Addict and the Brand Ambassador for promotional and affiliate marketing purposes.
5. Partnership Commencement The partnership officially begins when both parties mutually accept the collaboration via Shopify Collabs AND when the Brand Ambassador states on their Instagram or TikTok bio that they are a Warrior Addict Brand Ambassador.
6. Termination of Partnership Either party may terminate this partnership at any time by notifying the other via email or direct social media message. Upon termination:
- All affiliate links and discount codes are immediately annulled.
- You must remove any reference to being a Warrior Addict Brand Ambassador from your social media profiles and other platforms.
- Your right to use Warrior Addict’s logos, images, trademarks, and branded content ceases immediately.
- Warrior Addict will pay any outstanding commissions due within 9 days of termination.
7. Personal Discount Code
- Warrior Addict may provide you with a Personal Discount Code (up to 70% off Warrior Addict-branded products, excluding third-party vendor products).
- This discount CANNOT be combined with the Affiliate Link. If used together, any sales generated will be annulled, payments refunded, and goods reclaimed.
- The code must not be shared with others. Unauthorized sharing is a breach of these terms, and you will be required to reimburse Warrior Addict within 7 days of notification.
8. Affiliate Link & Commission
- You will receive a unique affiliate link via Shopify Collabs.
- Any sales made through this link within 90 days of a customer’s initial click will be attributed to you.
- Standard commission is 15% of the final sale price, excluding postage and handling fees.
- Payments are automatically made 45 days after a recorded sale, provided your payout method (PayPal or bank transfer) is set up on Shopify Collabs.
9. Customer Discount Code
- An auto-generated 10% off Customer Discount Code will be issued alongside your Affiliate Link.
- Customers must enter this code at checkout to receive a discount.
- The code is single-use per customer.
10. Exclusivity & Brand Alignment
- While you are not restricted from collaborating with other yoga brands, we expect you to prioritize and represent Warrior Addict exclusively during our partnership.
- We reserve the right to terminate the partnership at any time if we believe our brand integrity is compromised.
11. Usage Rights & Content
- You are granted limited rights to use Warrior Addict’s branding, product images, and social media content for promotional purposes only.
- All content must be clearly attributed to Warrior Addict, and you must tag us appropriately.
- You may not modify, edit, or alter any Warrior Addict brand assets in a way that misrepresents our brand identity.
12. Confidentiality Clause
- Brand Ambassadors agree not to disclose any confidential information about Warrior Addict, including but not limited to, unreleased products, internal communications, sales data, or marketing strategies.
- Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of the partnership and possible legal action.
13. Code of Conduct
- Brand Ambassadors must represent Warrior Addict in a professional and positive manner.
- Any actions that damage the reputation of Warrior Addict (e.g., hate speech, offensive content, false claims) may lead to immediate termination.
- Ambassadors must comply with advertising guidelines, including clearly stating #Ad or #Affiliate when promoting Warrior Addict products.
14. Liability Limitation
- Warrior Addict is not responsible for any loss of income due to system failures, website downtime, or Shopify Collabs malfunctions.
- Warrior Addict does not guarantee a minimum commission or sales volume.
15. Tax Responsibility
- Brand Ambassadors are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on their earnings from commissions.
- Warrior Addict is not liable for any tax obligations incurred by the Ambassador.
16. Intellectual Property Protection
- Any original content created by Brand Ambassadors (e.g., social media posts, videos, images) may be shared by Warrior Addict on its website and marketing materials with credit to the creator.
- However, Warrior Addict retains full ownership of its branding, trademarks, and promotional assets.
By continuing as a Brand Ambassador, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
