This class is suitable for all yoga levels including yoga for beginners. Our Brand Warrior and qualified yoga teacher James Rafael leads you through a 40 minute yoga flow sequence for triathletes. Focusing on the areas of your body that get overworked when you are swimming, cycling and running. You will be working on your quad stretches, hip flexors, shoulder openers and also rotations in your upper spine, creating space and balance and a deep stretch, everything you need to keep your body in the best shape for your triathlon and improve your game. We suggest practicing this 2-3 times per week in order to see the benefits.
