This class is suitable for all yoga levels including yoga for beginners. In this class our Brand Warrior, former competitive swimmer & qualified yoga trainer Michael Toru takes you through a 25 minute yoga sequence that works on the key areas for swimmers – quads, hip flexors, chest and of course shoulder openers. This class also increases your range of flexibility, mobility and strength. We suggest that you practice this class 2-3 time per week to really notice a difference and improve your swimming game.
