This class is suitable for all yoga levels including yoga for beginners. Our Brand Warrior and qualified yoga teacher, James Rafael takes you through a 20 minute yoga sequence, designed to build shoulder strength and increase shoulder mobility and shoulder flexibility. This class is both a shoulder opener and it will increase your range of movement. It's an awesome complement to weightlifting or any sport that requires shoulder strength. This 20 minute yoga class can be practised daily or according to your needs.
