A 15 Minute Post Marathon Yoga Cool Down

This excellent 15 minute yoga flow will complement your marathon training.  Take this class after each training session to aid recovery, improve the quality of subsequent training sessions and ultimately maximise performance.  Suitable for long distance runners and triathletes.
