This Yoga Inspired Core Workout Series has been created by Jacob Melish AKA @surfyogijacob a world class Yogi and Pro-Surfer and has been designed as a progressive core work out challenge. Start with Level One - a 20 minute class that will set your foundations through yoga postures, sequence and core drills and then each week move up a level until you reach the max @ Level Four which is a much more challenging 50 minute high intensity class. Congratulations - you have made it to the final class of this 4-part core yoga series, designed to give you core strength and muscle definition. Created and delivered by pro-surfer and international yoga teacher Jacob Mellish to incorporate a mixture of traditional yoga postures and sequences, combined with core exercises to maximise your body's potential. This hardcore, but fun 50 minute Level 4 class has maximum intensity and is designed as a progression once you are comfortably able to complete Level 3. Filled with variations of crunches and planks, halfway lifts, jumps back to chaturanga, squats and balances reaching and working all parts of your abs to their maximum. This workout is tough, hot and sweaty - however there is an awesome and well deserved savasana to help you to wind down at the end!
