In this 50 minute vinyasa yoga class Joa will take you through a yoga flow that involves sun salutations, revolved chair pose, extended triangle, side planks, squat, the first arm balance of the series: crow pose and progression from bridge pose to full wheel. Of course, the class finishes with a nice relaxing savasana at the end!! Once you feel like you have smashed this class and you are ready (please take your time and repeat Level 3 as much as needed in order to achieve the best results) then move on up to Level 4.
