It is made out of a man made fibre called Micro-Fiber ( we are not too sure how pro-planet this is ), however, the bottom is made out of 100% natural tree rubber. It comes in plastic packaging ( we are working on this ) and is sent in a cardboard box ( please recycle). It is shipped from China to Europe.
