Discovery only. Nothing here posts, replies, or sends anything automatically — every scan is manual and every result is yours to action.
All calls route through your existing Worker proxy (?url= passthrough) — Reddit search, Anthropic API calls, the Topic Map CSV, and Shopify's Admin API. Nothing is sent anywhere else. Credentials are stored only in this browser's local storage.
Same Shopify custom-app credentials as your Blog Agent (Store URL + the Client Secret/Admin API access token — not the Client ID, which is only needed for the OAuth handshake, not for reading products directly). Pulls your active products — name, price, image, URL — so you can feature up to 5 in any pitch draft below, and so the final Klaviyo HTML shows real product cards rather than placeholder text.
Everything above (Opportunities, Journalist Contacts, saved Topic Map) lives only in this browser — clearing browsing data or switching browsers/devices loses it. Export a backup file periodically, or before doing either of those. Import merges into what's already here rather than replacing it (existing items are never duplicated).
Every scan below researches the currently selected Parent/Child topic only. Pick a topic, then click Scan Now on a source. Edit the sheet and republish any time — click Refresh Topics to pick up changes without touching this page.
Runs all 4 sources across your top 10 High-priority topics automatically, one at a time. This is a lot of API calls in sequence — expect it to take several minutes. Safe to leave running and check back.
Threads in relevant subreddits asking for product recommendations Warrior Addict genuinely fits.
Open journalist/source requests relevant to activewear, yoga, sustainability, men's fitness, or founder stories.

Covers 1 September 2026 to 1 September 2027 (your PR year), built from published UK PR lead-time guidance, not guesswork — long-lead (print/glossy) titles generally need 3–6 months' notice, short-lead (online/weekly/newspaper) titles 6–8 weeks. Each entry below cites its specific source. Moveable dates (Black Friday, Mother's Day, Father's Day) are calculated for the correct year in this PR calendar rather than hardcoded. Add up to 3 of your own content ideas directly under each month's Long-lead/Short-lead cell in the Year view — they're saved and visible there at a glance.
Downloads every pitch window and event date across the 26/27 PR year as a calendar file you can import into Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar — so a deadline shows up where you'll actually see it, not just in this tool.

Anything you mark Success in the working list above moves here automatically, so the list you're actively working stays free of clutter. Change an item's status away from Success here to send it back to the working list. Tag a win with the seasonal Moment it belongs to (if any) so the PR Calendar above can show your actual track record for that moment next time it comes around.
