Whilst practising in silence can deepen our awareness and focus, using music can inspire, uplift, and transport us. Whether it’s a playlist to help motivate and energise you, or tracks which elicit a sense of relaxation helping you unwind and relax more easily, music moves us all. Especially now in the age of online live-stream classes, choosing your own music to play while you practice in a led class can be novel way to liven things up (just make sure you mute yourself!)
So, back by popular demand, here are some of our favourite yoga playlists we’ve been listening to in 2020. These playlists offer a wide spectrum of styles, genres, and moods. Experiment and have fun with them - we hope you enjoy your practice!
