Think - Plan - Do

New Year is a time for new beginnings, to recalibrate and focus on moving forwards with your life. We all know about the benefits of creating a New Years Resolution but how many of us take them seriously and actually manage to fulfill them? Usually we blame time and of course our habitual natures for not being able to persist with them. Time is something that we all think that we need more of in our hectic, busy lives, but Time is in itself a concept, a notion that sometimes restricts us from doing the things that would improve our lives. We often say and ask ourselves ‘where can I find the Time outside of my already very busy life to do the things that make me a better person, that make me happy? Our answer to that is to sometimes forget about ‘Time’ and just do it. THINK – PLAN - DO. THINK about what is important to you, the person that you want to become, the things that you want to do. PLAN it- write it down, create a mood-board, a list, whatever it is that will inspire you and make sure that you DO it, it’s that simple.

What are your New Years Resolutions? Post them, tag and share your list with your friends, asking them to do the same, sometimes just sharing them makes them become more of a reality and there may be a few that you can do together.
