Loyalty Voucher Policy

• Warrior Addict Customer Loyalty Vouchers are valid for the period which is the later of 12 MONTHS from the date of issue. After the expiry of this period any remaining balance will be cancelled.

• You may use a Warrior Addict Customer Loyaty Voucher to make purchases online via the Warrior Addict website www.warrioraddict.com

• When you use a Warrior Addict Customer Loyalty Voucher the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Customer Loyalty Voucher. If your purchase totals less than the value of the gift card, any balance will be left as credit for you on the card to spend in future. Change will not be given. 

• You may obtain information about the remaining balance on the voucher  by emailing support@warrioraddict.comor logging into your personal members page and go to Your Customer Loyalty Vouchers Page.

• You may only redeem your customer loyalty vouhcer in the currency that was original chosen.

• A  Warrior Addict Customer Loyalty Voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

• For returned items that have been purchased using a Customer Loyalty Voucher then so long as they are not damaged your Customer Loyalty Voucher can be used again.

• We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so. 

• Below are the amounts that Warrior Addict Members should expect to receive in their assigned currencies. These amounts will be issued quarterly to Warrior Addict Members.
