We're very excited to welcome yoga teacher, movement artist and personal trainer Michael Toru as a Brand Warrior. Based in Victoria, Canada, Michael has been running Four Body Design since 2015, helping students to create greater health, fitness and purpose in their lives. When he was younger he dealt with a lot of anxiety that was unbeknownst to him at the time. This stress in his body eventually came to a head as a teenager he developed Ulcerative Colitis, which is an auto-immune disease that effects the large intestine. This diagnosis initially led to a deep depression that led to a complete break down. In this state of utter destruction, he was able to rebuild and begin the journey of truly knowing himself. Yoga was the main catalyst to spark this transformation.
