Uber-cool pro-surfer Jacob Mellish is originally from Cape Town, South Africa, but now resides in Edinburgh where he surfs the chilly waters on the Scottish coast. After finding that yoga hugely complemented his surfing, Jacob became a yoga teacher and has not looked back since. Jacob teaches yoga classes, workshops and retreats internationally and spends his free time surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding! Awesome, shining, fun-loving, energy!

This Level 2 class is a progression from Level 1 - it's a longer 30 minute class with increasing intensity. Table top crunches, planks, leg raises and more will ensure your abs get a tough workout.
