Ben Harrison: Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Coach, Personal Trainer!  Ben's interesting canvas includes gymnastics, martial arts, lifting, aerial yoga and even making the Olympic Wresting team! Ben teaches interesting yoga styles including yoga for lifters and has also been known to teach hip hop hot yoga!  Bens classes are practical and scientific.  He reaches a wide audience by demystifying yoga, movement and mindfulness.  Intelligent, scientific, awesome, cool!

Ben initially qualified as a Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and is also certified to teach Aerial Yoga as well as being a Teacher Trainer and Master Trainer for Broga.  He has also qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer...you are in well educated, knowledgable and safe hands with Ben!
